Purchase and Delivery Policy
On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Vincepants products purchased on-line via this website. By purchasing products on-line you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Orders can only be placed with us by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18. We supply products to customers worldwide, however some third world countries* may have shipment delay or extra charges.
All prices shown on this website are represented in America US currency (USD). All prices are correct at the time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
We use the secure hosted payment page solution from Pay Pal to process on-line orders. Once processed, credit card details are not retained.
Shipping and delivery
All products are shipped via courier at a flat rate of USD22.00 per order under 4 pants quantity. Extra charges of USD7 for 5 pants order and above. However, we reserve the right to alter shipping prices for any reason at any time.
Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. A physical street address is required and PO Box or Private Bag numbers are not acceptable. If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that go missing and returned if the address details you have provided to us are incorrect. If you supply us with a false address we will not ship the products. If you fail to supply a valid address after 7 days we will cancel your order.
Orders received on a day which is not an ordinary working day (i.e. a Saturday, Sunday or pubic holiday) will be processed on the following working day.
All orders are given a tracking number so that we can identify where the products are at any point prior to delivery. We will send email confirmation to you with your tracking number at the time of processing your order.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time but we will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. Delivery may take up to 7-14 working days, depending on your location. Items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays. If you do not receive your purchase after 14 working days please contact our Customer Services at email@example.com
We will make every effort to ensure that the right products reach you and in good condition. If for any reason you experience a problem with your order please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns because you have changed your mind about your purchase.
We will not exchange if you have ordered the wrong size. We recommend that you check the sizing guide on our website and if you are unsure of the size, we can recommend you.
Any complaints makes after 10 days after goods receiving will not be entertained.
